A: A unit owner is entitled to cast one vote for each unit owned. Q: What restrictions exist on my right to use my unit? A: Single family dwelling. No restrictions on children. Certain restrictions on pets. Q: What restrictions exist on the leasing of my unit? A: Board of Directors approval. Term of lease is not to be less than 180 days. Q: How much are my assessments to the condominium association for my unit type and when are they due? A. Assessments due on the first day of each month in the amount of $300.00. Q: Is the condominium association or other mandatory membership association involved in any court cases in which it may face liability in excess of $100,000? If so, identify each such case. NO alcoholic glass beverages may be consumed at the pool. Pool hours set by the city code are “dawn to dusk.” Q: Does the Florida State Statue 717.111(11)(g)2, F.S. Association shall require each owner to provide evidence of currently effective policy of hazard and liability insurance upon request, but not more than once per year, apply to Crestview Condominium owners? A: Yes, each unit owner must present a copy of the hazard and liability insurance to the association’s management company each year on or before January 1, making the Crestview Condominium a Certificate Holder.
