About Crestview Condominiums

Crestview  Condominiums is a small gated community within Metrowest located in  southwest Orlando.  Our community is beautifully landscaped showcasing  a diversity of flowery bushes, palm trees, along with many other types  of trees.  It consists of 4 buildings, containing 120 residential  units.  Crestview boasts of a beautiful pool and cabana area that  provides the residents with hours of enjoyment.  Each resident is also  provided with one assigned covered parking spot along with plenty of  guest parking.

About the Neighborhood

Metrowest is a family-oriented, master planned golf community situated on 1800 acres in southwest Orlando.   The concept for Metrowest was to create a place in which the residents  could live, work, and play while still having the benefit of the most  convenient location in all of Central Florida. We who live in Crestview  consider our community to be friendly, dynamic, and a conveniently  located neighborhood in Metrowest.  We are within walking distance to  Veranda Park, Turkey Lake Park, Publix shopping center, and the world  renowned Metrowest Golf Course created by architect Robert Trent Jones  Sr.. Veranda Park when completed will encompass specialty retail and  restaurants, such as Dan Marino’s Tavern on the Lake, a 20-screen movie  theatre, office condominiums, and an outdoor amphitheater.
